Radiofrequency neuromodulation in the treatment of pain syndromes

RF neuromodulation implicate the treatment of patient’s tissues by high-frequency electrical signals in RF range through electrode for the destruction and modulation of nerves that can conduct pain impulses. Used in modern pain therapy RH techniques is divided to mono-, bi- and pulse RF neuromodulation, based on the general characteristics concerning some physical or clinical features.

    Оперировалась у Ерошкина Алексея Андреевича по рекомендации друзей. Уже третий день после операции. По возвращению в Польшу мне предстоит еще продолжить обследование на тему онкомаркеров. Поэтому волнуюсь. А так я сегодня уже более - менее боец. Хожу, потом ложусь немного полежать.     После операции по поводу гипергидроза более 4 лет тому назад, я заметил следующие изменения в своем здоровье. Потоотделение уменьшилось значительно, как и другие симптомы, которые у меня были. У меня все еще потеет лоб при занятиях спортом. Очень сильная, капающая влага бывает летом (но не более, чем у других людей), но такое потоотделение прекращается очень быстро как только я прекращаю занятия. Так что все чудесно!

    Мое жуткое покраснение лица в результате блашинг-синдрома (которое я всегда испытывала до операции) практически совсем исчезло! Очень редко я могу почувствовать, как мои щеки краснеют в неприятных ситуациях, но никто этого не замечает, и, возможно, мне это только кажется. Также я больше об этом не думаю. Покраснение при продолжительном пребывании в теплом помещении периодически возникает, но, честно говоря, меня это больше не волнует.

THORACOSCOPIС SYMPATHECTOMY

The thoracoscopiс sympathectomy is a mini-invasive endoscopic procedure under general anesthesia that conducted with videomonitoring of sympathetic trunk, predominately in chest region. The aim of this procedure is controlled decrease of a sympathetic nervous system activity in the pathological hyperactivity state.

Currently thoracoscopiс sympathectomy with success used in treatment of different cardiac rhythm disorders (LOQT Syndrome), upper extremity peripheral nerve injuries (complex regional pain syndrome); as a therapeutic method for palmar hyperhidrosis, facial flushing from stress (blushing syndrome), vasospastic acrocyanosis; in treatment of upper-extremity blood supply disorders (Raynaud’s disease, obliterating endarteritis, post-thrombotic distal occlusion), at cancer pain syndrome (pancreatic cancer) and numerous other pathologies. At the current state of endoscopic surgery the thoracoscopiс sympathectomy provided the high efficiency and expected results in therapeutic pattern of these diseases.
